I submitted for KYC verification May 2021
I submitted documents for KYC in May 2021. It is now almost end of June 2022. The documents have not been verified yet. I wrote to technical support several times. And I received only assurances that my account would be prioritized for verification. But so far nothing has changed. It generally doesnt take no more than a few months on a maximum to complete KYC.
I have been using permission.io from 2020 and till now neither I have got any amount of their tokens either. My experience is really not that great since they deliberately don’t want users to sell off their token due to their inconsitent growth and roadmap of their project. Update 1 — My KYC verification was approved and I could use my account but unfortunately the platform is not allowing me to withdraw my assets even though I have reached the minimum threshold to withdraw. Update 2 — I finally got the chance to withdraw my ASK tokens finally , thanks to permission team and support. Indeed the support could have been better but now I am happy that I got my tokens.
The project has a bright future if they follow their roadmap on time.

I submitted documents for KYC in April 2021. It is now January 2022. The documents have not been verified yet. I wrote to technical support several times. And I received only promises that my account would be prioritized for verification. But so far nothing has changed. Everywhere it takes no more than a few days to complete KYC!
It looks more like a deliberate slowdown in verification against the backdrop of the growth of cryptocurrencies. I will not say that the SCAM project, as I have withdrawn funds a couple of times when the KYC has not yet been required. Review with rating will be changed upon confirmation of KYC. + I am complementing the review. Finally, I waited for the verification confirmation! 4 points out of 5 only for such a long delay in passing KYC

Fully Scam. Don’t waste your time here. It will take more than 8-10 months for KYC verification and then you will see your account is suspended without any reason. Such a f-u-c-k-ing platform always recommended to ignore.

It’s ok. but.
It’s ok. but. The first day the ad popup came up every 15 mins or so which was cool, but on the next day it didn’t come up at all, so I’m still not sure if this is real, or just another site collecting personal info. I’m going to give it a couple more days then if still nothing it will get uninstalled. Shame really, I had high hopes for this.

They ask you for KYC in order to transfer your «pending balance» in the wallet and that’s ok but they don’t tell you first that you’ll be able to do that only once you reach 25000 ASK. Is hard, if not almost impossible, to reach thath amount only watching the ads and if you don’t want to buy anything from the shop you do an useless KYC and give them your data basically for free. Apart from this the extension doesn’t work with Brave. Update: I’m not discussing your withdrawal limit but the fact that is hidden until you do the KYC. Update 2: To be honest I did the KYC just to withdrawal and If I had known in advance that there is a 25.000 withdrawal limit I wouldn’t have done that.
I guess that other people have and will have the same issue. The point is that would be nice to show these limits regardless of the KYC, since you claim to be transparent and to pay the user for his data.

I am not sure if it is real or scam
Updated review: Well after a few days, I got in touch with a member from Permission team. I was given the link so they can manually verify me (kyc). I will Increase it to 3 star, as they are trying. They contacted me a little late and I had horrible experience with kyc verification, like literally I tried 50 times. But I need to give them a star more as they responded.
I will update the review when I am delivered with the first product I order through permission io shop. (OLD REVIEW) I am not sure if it is real or scam. I researched a bit and found it interesting. I even wrote an article about it, suggesting people that it is the top 3 cryptocurrency to invest money and time in. But what did I get in return? My time wasted. Tried verification atleast 20 times. KYC verification sucks, it just fails to verify always. I got a few referrals I wonder if they faced the same issue. I didn’t get any rewards for refering users.
I only watch videos get around 100 coins, but I can’t even withdraw them cuz KYC isnt verified on my account. I thought customer service was good but again a misunderstanding, no response from support tickets and customer support. I noticed they replied to reviews, I have given up but thought to share my experience, maybe they will honor the time I wasted on this platform.

Edit: Great initiative by Permission.io to return users the value for their data which big companies simply ignore. You can earn ASK (their own crypto coin) just by watching some short videos about products from different merchants across the world. I would like that they reduce the minimum withdrawal limit from 25k to 10k ASK coins. Nonetheless, it is a great project. The coin is already listed on exchanges and holds a good value.

Scam! Lures you into providing your personal data for 5000 ASK that you cannot use or withdraw. Exactly, once the registration is complete, you get 5000 ASK as a ‘pending’ balance, and you receive a mail saying that 50000 ASK is required to transfer your pending balance to your wallet. Total waist of time, and totally feels like I got ripped of from my personal data, as opposed to ‘own’ it. SCAM SCAM SCAM
